Nice Bluefin Tuna Caught Off Oregon Coast 2024

A nice size Bluefin Tuna was caught off the Oregon coast in Oct 2024. It weighed 164 lbs. This is the average size for the Bluefin Tuna and it was probably 4-5 years old.

This size tuna is quite the battle when using 30-40 lb. tackle. They are very strong swimmers and can wear you out quite quickly.
